Design of Timber-Concrete composite beams with emphasis on behavior at early age and the use of CLT-UHPC floors
The use of timber‐concrete composite (TCC) structures is becoming increasingly popular due to their advantages in load‐bearing capacity, eco‐efficiency, and affordability. This Ph.D. project aims to study static behaviors and early behaviors to improve the design of TCC structures. The analytical modeling and experimental work presented herein can make remarkable scientific contributions and industrial benefits. Moreover, it opens up potential research perspectives in this research area.
