THE FFGG’S MY THESIS IN 180 SECONDS CONTEST

14 March 2023

IT’S TIME TO REGISTER FOR THE FFGG’S MY THESIS IN 180 SECONDS CONTEST!

This year again, the Faculty of Forestry, Geography and Geomatics (FFGG), in collaboration with the SSF, the CFR, the CRMR and the CRDIG are organizing the faculty competition “My thesis in 180 seconds” which will take place during the Research Day of the Forest Science Week!

This edition will take place on March 14, 2023,  starting at 5h p.m., in the Abitibi-Price cafeteria.

Who can participate?

Master’s and PhD students as well as postdoctoral fellows from the Faculty of Forestry, Geography and Geomatics (FFGG). If you are part of a Faculty research center (CRMR, CFR, CRDIG, CEN), but you come from another Faculty, you can participate, but you cannot represent the FFGG at the institutional competition.

Why participate?

The first-place master’s or doctoral student (Anglophone contest) will be selected for the institutional final to represent Université Laval at CAGS/ACÉS regional final. And on top of all that, you could win one of three $180 prizes!
