SSF РSalon de la for̻t 2022: the CRMR will have a stand!
The Semaine des sciences forestières (SSF) Committee is pleased to invite you to the 43rd edition of the Salon de la forêt, whose theme this year is “Des-Chênes-toi au salon de la forêt”. This unifying event is aimed at the general public and will bring together several actors from different fields related to forestry. It will encourage the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of ideas while making visitors aware of the diversity of resources, functions and uses of the Quebec forest.
This year’s edition is back with its successful activities, including a colorful photo contest, forestry games, conferences of all kinds, a forestry cinema, student booths, a youth section, a virtual reality section and many other surprises. All the conditions will be met to transmit to visitors our passion for the forest (and the material wood!).
All that’s missing is your participation so that the Show can once again offer this diversity of activities! We are waiting for you at the Alphonse-Desjardins Building on March 19th and 20th. The event will take place between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The CRMR will have a stand. By the way, thanks to our four students who will be there to represent the CRMR:
- Saturday March 19, 10am to 4pm: Maxime Parot and Alex Mary
- Sunday March 20, 10am to 4pm: Baptiste Giorgio and Gaspard Octeus
The Salon de la forêt is the place to learn more about the many facets of the forest and to celebrate its many uses.
