Congratulations Sagar Bhatta!

Sagar Bhatta, a Ph.D student in wood sciences at Université Laval won the 1st prize at GreenFoodTech 2018 for his oral presentation Valorization of Low Grade Maple Syrup to Polyphenol-enriched Maple Sugar. Project was supervised by Professor Tatjana Stevanovic and co-supervised by Professor Cristina Ratti.
