Forest trajectories: forests and wood in the face of social and environmental change

October 6, 2021 at 1:30 pm – Hybrid event in French
Welcome at 1:15 pm in room GHK-2320-2330 of Laval University

To promote a better knowledge of the fields of expertise of the researchers of the Research Centre on Renewable Materials (CRMR) and to stimulate collaborations between its members, we have set up a series of lectures in hybrid mode during which the guest speaker will talk about his or her research program, his or her way of working, his or her needs in terms of collaboration, etc. This presentation will be followed by a question and answer period and/or discussion. We will then invite you to contribute to the virtual suggestion box where you can enter your ideas for research questions, themes, projects, activities, etc. in connection with Maude’s research program.

The first lecture of this series will be given by Maude Flamand-Hubert, professor at the Faculty of Forestry, Geography and Geomatics (FFGG) in the Department of Wood and Forest Sciences, researcher at the CRMR and holder of the Education Leadership Chair in Sustainable Private Forest Management.

You can attend the event in person or online. Specific instructions will be sent to you before the event. For those who wish to attend in person, the event will take place at the Gene-H.-Kruger Pavilion of Laval University, in the Gilbert-Tardif room (GHK-2320-2330).
