The Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for daily operations as well as budget management and allocation based on the recommendations of the Guidance Committee and the priorities established by the Assembly of Researchers and Representatives. The BOD is also responsible for the Centre’s scientific activities, studies and coordiantes member initiatives such as joint grant proposals, resource sharing, technology transfer activities, scholarship supplements, etc.

The Assembly of Researchers and Representatives considers and approves, if necessary, decisions and projects proposed by the Board of Directors with respect to the Centre’s primary mission and functioning.

The Guidance Committee role is to assess the quality, relevance and focus of the Centre’s research program and makes its recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Assembly of Researchers and Representatives

The Assembly of Researchers and Representatives is composed of the director, the coordinator, all regular, associate and honorary member researchers, as well as a student and employee representative from each university research unit (UQAC, UQAT, UQTR, UL).

Guidance Committee

  • The director
  • A representative from each university and college partner
  • Four industry representatives
  • A representative from FPInnovations
